This pretty clear evidence that Republicans don't care whether Americans have affordable health care or not. Particularly telling is the significantly higher rate of uninsured in states (like Texas) that didn't expand Medicaid. Of course, this means that lower income groups are far more likely to be without insurance, because Medicaid is a major source of health insurance for both the working and nonworking poor.
